When an employer wants to start the interview process with you, they send an
"interview request".
Along with the request they will mention the following
The role (such as "Product Manager")
The expected salary
An introductory message (optional)
Once sent, you have 72 hours to either accept or decline your interview request. If you accept, we introduce you to the employer who will begin the interview process. In case you do not reply within 72 hours, the interview request will be auto declined.
Repeated failures to respond to employers within 72 hours will lead to removal from the TopHire marketplace!
