On job portals you often contact candidates that are supposedly "Open" only to get a response back from the supposed candidate that already have accepted an offer or even that they recently joined a new company. This does not happen on TopHire.

Every candidate approved onto TopHire is assigned a Talent Advocate. The Talent Advocate personally speaks to the candidate and verifies whether the candidate is open to new opportunities. Only then is the candidate approved.

More so, we keep in touch with the candidate throughout his journey on TopHire and once he accepts an offer we remove the candidate from the marketplace.

Additionally, all candidates are only live on the marketplace for two weeks making it even more unlikely you'll encounter candidates who are no longer interested in new opportunities.
