On TopHire, employers send interview requests to candidates that they wish to be introduced to. The candidate then has 72 hours to either accept or decline the interview request. If there is no response within 72 hours we send an auto decline on the candidate's behalf.
Candidates are extremely motivated to respond within 72 hours because
They're only live for two weeks on our platform. In those two weeks they are very engaged and actively reviewing any interview requests they get.
Each candidate is assigned a Talent Advocate who works closely with the candidate through his journey with TopHire. The Talent Advocate will email and call the candidate in case he does not respond within the first 24-48 hours.
If there is no response within 72 hours, the interview request is auto declined on behalf of the candidate.
Once the interview request is auto-declined there is no ability for the candidate to go back and later accept the interview request.
If a candidate does not respond within 72 hours to multiple employers, we remove them from our platform.
