Candidates are added to the TopHire marketplace in two-week long "batches". The candidate is only visible to companies during the period that his batch is live.
For example if our batch schedule was:
Batch 1 - Sep 25 to Oct 8th
Batch 2 - Oct 9 to Oct 23rd
Any candidate that was approved into Batch 1 would have only been visible to companies from Sep 25th to Oct 8th.
This means each individual candidate is only displayed for the two weeks that his batch live.
We work in batches to ensure you're always seeing fresh candidates and that the candidates you see are ones we can be sure are open to new opportunities.
