A note from our Co-Founder
Every company, no matter what they do, has to figure out hiring. It's one of those problems that never goes away and never gets easy. We sit right in the middle of that.
We've spent the last 8 years building tools that take a lot of the drudgery out of recruitment - our own ATS, our own sourcing infrastructure, screening tools.
The idea is that our colleagues in Recruitment should spend less time on mechanical work and more time on the calls, judgement, and edge cases that actually need a human.
We've kept the team relatively small. Sameer, Sagarika, Abhishek & I stay close to the ground level work and to everyone, regardless of seniority.
You'll wear more hats than your job title suggests. Some people hate that. If you're the kind of person who gets energy from it, you'll fit in well with us.

Our story
Around 2014, Sameer Parwani hired two freshers at CouponDunia - Abhishek Gaikwad and I, Siddharth Gopi. We were unproven, straight out of college, and had zero practical work experience.
Sameer took a bet on us anyway. Four years later, the three of us started TopHire together.
